How It works:

Advertise your holiday rental property with us today and you will get 15 months advertising for the price of 12 months (3 months free advertising) Just go to the owners login, click on "New Owner" and create a new account for yourself, then upload your property & within hours (or sooner) your advert will begin showing within our searches.

Your direct contact details and the link to your own website is fully visible on your page. All contact is made directly to you via the email button at the bottom of your page or of course by contacting directly via phone etc.

There is an availability calander for owners to use if they wish, this is included in our advertising package.

All you need do is create an "owner account", give yourself a user name and password. Then login again to set up your advert. There is no limit as to the number of properties that you advertise (this does not include agents; please contact us for our charges). Our set up process is very easy just select add a new property then follow the Q and A sequence ( Please note that there are limits given for the text, if you exceed these then your advert may be rejected). Once you have created the advert the administration panel allows you to change the content as required. You remain in control the whole time you advertise with us, but we are always here to help.

Maisoneurope is independent from any Travel companies, travel advertising service or travel magazine. Our aim is to provide all advertisers with a value for money service aimed at achieving owners a high rate of enquiries and bookings.

Property Rentals
Our charges:

Your property/properties are charged at the all inclusive rate of 87.00€ (sterling equivalent)  per year. The price is fixed if you own one or several properties, each of your properties will have its own page on the site. THERE ARE NO EXTRA "HIDDEN" COSTS.


Property Sales
Our Charges:

With Maisoneurope, you can advertise your property for sale. We offer one of the most competative advertising portals to owners and agents. Simply click on the new account button above and register as an owner. Once this is done you can add 1 or more sales properties. If you are an agent, when a property sells or is no longer available just replace it with another.

We have a one off price of 59.00€ (sterling equivalent) to advertise your property for sale on the site.

An invoice will be sent you shortly after your advert has been approved and is showing live in our searches.

Sole agency agreements are available on regional basis for 370.00€ (sterling equivalent) PA or 148.00€ (sterling equivalent) per quarter
Sole country agreements are available on a country basis for 3700.00€ (sterling equivalent) PA or 1110.00€ (sterling equivalent) per Quarter.
