• The advertiser is responsible for the accuracy of the property information published on the site.
• Maisoneurope.com reserves the right modify property information published on the site.Maisoneurope.com will remove all inappropriate and offensive material.
• Advertisers agree to respond quickly to all enquiries.
• Where an advertisers property is already booked, they are expected to return the enquiry back to the site to benefit other owners.
• Maisoneurope.com does not accept responsibility for the accuracy of information displayed by the advertiser. Maisoneurope.com is not liable for loss, damage or costs resulting from use of the site or inability to access the site.
• Maisoneurope.com cannot be held liable for cancellations, non-payment, or damage to the property caused by a tenant. Advertisers are responsible for a legal contract between themselves and the tenant. Advertisers are recommended to take a security deposit from all tenants. Advertisers are responsible for any and all tax liabilities occurring from the rentals of properties. Maisoneurope will release owner details to any government bodies requesting such information.
• When the advertiser submits a property to Maisoneurope.com the advertiser acknowledges that the material Including photos has not been copied or is in break of copyright. Maisoneurope.com cannot be held responsible for any infringement of copyright laws resulting from material supplied by the advertiser.
• By accepting these terms the advertiser assigns a licence & permission to Maisoneurope to reproduce in part or whole the material supplied.
• Maisoneurope.com reserves the right to refuse any web address links to other sites from within the maisoneurope.com web site.
• Photos & property particulars can be accepted by post. Maisoneurope.com cannot accept responsibility for photos and will only be returned if a stamped address envelope is supplied.
• Maisoneurope.com reserves the right to refuse or remove property details at any time without notice. Maisoneurope.com will not be held responsible or be liable for any expense or loss as a result.
• When an advertiser wishes a property to be removed from the site, instructions should be sent either by writing or email to maisoneurope.com. The advertiser should allow 2 weeks notice for removal from the site. Maisoneurope will confirm removal.The advertisers are agreeing to be contacted by Maisoneurope from time to time with special offers and newsletters relevant to running the site. Maisoneurope does not disclose an advertisers details to any other organisations.
Owners are advised to take out relevant public liability insurance and to make sure that the property being advertised is of a suitable quality for the premium charged. Adverisers should ensure that Gas appliances are checked in accordance with the laws of the relevant countries.Advertisers are also recommended to take note and implement of any new swimming pool laws that require fencing and auto locking gates.
Refund Policy
Once the annual premium is paid there will be no refund for early termination of the subscription by the owner. If for any reason Maisoneurope decide to terminate the owners advert, then a portion of the monies will be returned on a pro rate arrangement, less any costs and 10% administration fee.
Maisoneurope is not linked or associated with in any way with any other web advertising companies, Travel Magazines or Travel companies.
