Situated in an idyllic and tranquil Spanish location, this traditional luxury Spanish villa which has been recently renovated, combines elegant Mediterranean styling with all the comforts of modern living and includes an impressive swimming pool, elegant furnishings, washing machine, television, video, Playstation, cd player and en-suite bathroom facilities. The Villa has an extremely impressive lounge/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen/breakfast room and three tastefully furnished bedrooms, incorporating two doubles and one twin. The addition of a comfortable sofa-bed in the lounge, will extend the sleeping facilities from 6 to 8 if required.There is a stylish main bathroom with a large bath and a separate shower, along with 2 en-suite bathrooms all furnished to an extremely high specification. Facilities for babies and toddlers are also available on request.
The three bedrooms have been furnished to a very high standard, for both comfort and practicality. Each room offers plenty of storage space and include built in wardrobes, chests of drawers and bedside tables.

Should you wish to escape from the peace and tranquillity of our lovely Spanish villa and the luxury of your own private pool, you will find that you are just 15-20 minutes drive from the traditional Spanish market towns of Albox and Huercal Overa. Just 35 minutes drive from our villa, you will discover a wide range of facilities for both couples and families, which include the superb water park at Vera, 17 miles of beautiful sandy coastline incorporating the popular seaside resorts of Mojacar and Garrucha and a superb selection of traditional and cosmopolitan bars and restaurants.
If you prefer to spend your days relaxing on the golf course, a short drive will bring you to some of the most spectacular and challenging golf courses in this area of Southern Spain, including Desert Springs, Marina Golf and Valle del Este.
Ramblers, mountain-bikers and birdwatchers will be kept busy by the unspoilt Andalucian landscape and stunning bird life local to the area, however, should you wish to travel further a field you are only 2 hours drive from the incredible Sierra Nevada Mountains and the beautiful city of Granada.
The Sierra Nevada in the province of Granada is Spains highest and most southern mountain range and it is certainly one of Europe's most enjoyable and challenging areas for skiing or paragliding.
