Our stunning 4 bedroom luxury villa is located on the magnificent Sandy Ridge community. The villa offers very spaceous accomodation luxuriously appointed. This villa has it all, from a private screened pool with Jacuzzi to a full games room with pool table, air hockey and table tennis. Our villa is located only 10 minutes from Disney and minutes from many of the most challenging golf courses of central Florida. Our vacation home has been equipped to ensure that our guests have all they need for a truly memorable vacation. BEDROOMS: We have 4 spacious bedrooms in the villa. Two bedrooms are master suites with king size beds znd en-suite bathrooms and walk in closets with a fitted safe to keep your belongings secure. There 2 twin rooms one of which is a themed bedroom. A third bathroom is shared by these rooms. All bedrooms are equipped with Cable Television with the master suites also having DVD players. We also have hairdryers in all of the bathrooms and Towels are provided by us. For infants, we also have a crib as well as a full range of baby equipment for your free use. LIVING AREA: The spaceous living area is perfect to allow you to relax after a fun filled day at the theme parks. The room is bright, airy and luxurious feel and has been furnished above the standards of most similar villas in Orlando. There is plenty of couch space with one of the couches opening up into a double bed. The entertainment center has a large screen TV, Video, DVD player, Music system and Cinema surround sound system to keep you busy and the Sony Playstation 2 and games provided will keep children of all ages!! entertained. We have also provided books and board games along with some movies to keep you going. More movies and games can be hired from the local hire store located only minutes away at Champions gate golf complex. POOL: Our lovely pool with Jacuzzi is one of the key features of our home and is sure to be a hit with everyone. It is fully screened to keep the wildlife out at the little ones in!! The extended pool deck is lovely and warm and the ideal place to sit or lie in the sun. We have loungers and recliners and a BBQ as well as a table to allow you to eat alfresco. For your safety we have a safety screen. To cap it off, we have even provided a large selection of pool toys again for kids of all ages!! DINING AREA: The beautifully appointed dining area allows you to sit down and have a relaxing family meal, or just a space to sit down and do a puzzle or for the kids to just do some sketches and coloring. The dining table seats 6 and there is further seating for 4 more at the breakfast bar. KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you will need to rustle up a snack or a full family meal. There is an oven, microwave, dishwasher and a large fridge with ice maker. We have also provided and electric kettle and coffee maker and also a toaster. It doesn't stop there, we have a full set of plates and cutlery as well as many many more items. Laundry room: We have a laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and board. We also have a small stroller and high chair for infants.
