A wonderful apartment in a very central and very safe location! Only 10 minutes on foot to Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas and in the middle of the Eixample neighbourhood. This one-bedroom apartment is situated on the top floor of a building dating back to the turn of the 20th century -Modernista style - and has got an elevator. It has been furnished with both very modern furniture (Italian design) and antiques. It has got parquet-flooring and the walls are covered with art. The apartment has got a recently refurbished, very modern and comfortable bathroom with shower and a washing machine, a kitchen with all amenities, a large living room on two levels with a good quality sofa-bed, a bedroom with a large, comfortable, double-size bed and a built-in wardrobe, and, last but not least, a lovely private terrace full of Mediterranean plants (think bougainvillea, hibiscus, olive trees,...).
