Well equipped villa with views of chateau, rolling hills and adjacent to vineyards. Situated on edge of the village of Margon. Historic Pezenas. Canal du Midi and Beziers all within 10-15 minutes. Mediterranean beaches and lagoon 30 minutes and Pyrenees or Spain an easy day trip.

The Villa is a detached single storey design sitting on approximately one quarter of an acre of land.  Its approached by a quiet country lane. The house and pool area are set well above the lane and hence are not overlooked.  In addition there are conifer trees on three sides of the garden which provide added privacy.  To the North vineyards are adjacent to the Villa.

The Villa and pool have a southerly aspect enjoying full sunshine all day.  The pool is 30ft x 15ft with Roman steps at the shallow end and a maximum depth of 5ft.  The pool is surrounded by a large paved area and gazebo and is opened during the last week of May and closed after the first week of October.

Front entrance leads into the hallway from the outer terrace which has a cloakroom/toilet and wash hand basin.  To the left is the lounge/dining room with french windows leading onto the terrace which overlooks the pool area.  There are also french windows which lead out to the west side of the Villa.  The two bedrooms are to the right.  They are both double bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with twin beds.  In addition there are two foldaway single beds provided.  There is a bathroom with a bath/shower, washbasin and bidet.

The kitchen is fully fitted with eye level oven, ceramic hob with fully electric rings, fridge, microwave oven, washing machine (which is located in the integral garage) and a table with 4 chairs.  An additional fridge/freezer has been provided which is located in the integral garage to complement the fridge unit in the kitchen.  The dining room will seat 6 people with a large oval table and matching sideboards.  There is a three seater, two seater and armchair, and pine coffee table in the lounge area.

All crockery, cutlery, glasses, pans etc are provided.  There are duvets and pillows provided for all the beds, however, you will need to provide all bedlinen and towels.

The village is dominated by a 13th Century chateau which is visible from the Villa terrace, as is the whole of the village which is only a 10 minute walk from the Villa. Vineyards are adjacent to the Villa and within a 30 minute drive are the beautiful beaches and coastline of the Golfe du Lion with lively Cap d'Agde, Marseillan Plage, Meze and Sete with the famous oyster beds and seafood restaurants. Inland, also within 30 minutes drive, is the Canal du Midi, the vast lake of Salagou, the grotto of Clamouse and the breathtaking a panorama Cirque de Navelles. Three quality golf courses are nearby and the Cote D'zur to the east and Spain to the west can be visited in a day.
