La Zurita Villa with fantastic private gardens, large heated pool and orchard.

 This traditional two bedroom, two bathroom Finca is set in grounds of over one acre, with its own private entrance gates, parking space for two cars, roof terrace, courtyard, terraces and covered breakfast area.  The beautiful mature gardens contain a large private swimming pool for sole use of the Finca guests. 

The gardens and terraces of this air conditioned villa contain olive trees, lemon and orange groves, South facing, in the south facing gardens there is a  5 mtr. by 10 mtr. swimming pool together with ample garden furniture and sun beds.  From the central courtyard, access can be gained to a roof terrace from which you can enjoy a pre-dinner aperitif and watch the sun sink below the mountains.  The Finca is totally secluded from neighbouring villas and enjoys views across the valley to the mountains in the distance.

The fully fitted kitchen contains electric oven, separate hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, toaster, kettle etc. A separate internal dining area seats six people at a traditional Spanish pine dining suite.  The dining room also contains an additional sitting area and has a large wood burning stove.  The heated and airconditioned lounge,contains ample seating for six, satellite TV, a large open fire place and large shuttered patio doors into garden area. A large range of paper back books are available for our guests, together with details of all local restaurants and other attractions. The master bedroom suite contains a double bedroom and separate dressing room area.  The dressing room contains a large wardrobe and dressing table facilities.The twin bedded second bedroom has ample wardrobe space, this bedroom can accommodate an additional bed if required.The family bathroom contains a full size bath with shower, twin basins, together with WC and bidet. Both bathrooms have electric heating installed. Hot water is provided by an electric immersion heater.

Approached from a small private road, Finca La Zurita is some 5 kilometres from the bustling Village of Alhaurin el Grande and 4 kilometres from the traditional Spanish Town of Cartama. Although close to all local amenities, the Finca benefits from its location in the heart of the Alhaurin countryside (campo) and retains a country feel that ensures, once inside its enclosed cypress hedged garden, total privacy and peace reign.Whether you prefer to eat out or prepare your own meals in the Finca’s fully equipped kitchen (or use the gas barbeque provided), you will find everything you need in the village of Alhaurin el Grande.  International restaurants offer visitors food from around the world, from Indian and Asian specialities to the local Spanish tapas and paella dishes.
