This beautifull house is build originally as a farm and is restored into a caracterfull villa and the old stable building is changed into a gite. Around the house you will find the garden, which is dominated by an enormous cedar tree. The ensemble is set on the hillside, overlooking a green and unspoiled valley. Around the house there are wallnut groves, meadows, woodlands and little streams. Places as Martel, Rocamadour, Collonges la Rouge and Turenne are easy to reach.
The gite in the old stable building excists of ,
downstairs, a living with kitchenarea and
upstairs two sapceaous bedrooms and a big showerroom, with toilet and basin.
The total living area counts 70 m2. In the first bedroom you will find a double and a single bed, the other bedroom has two twinbeds. That room offers space to sleep a third person.
The kitchen is equipped with a kitchenette, with two electrical plates. All kitcheninventry, including hand and teatowels is provided.

The pool is shared with the owner and the users of the other gite on the property.
Because of high walls at the valley end of the garden the place is not suitable for young children.
