The 10x5m swimming pool area has extensive terracing, outside shower and a barbecue, with an attractive sun awning for a little shade. The pool can be heated although this will only raise the temperature 2-3 degress. There is an additional cost of £50 per week for the pool heating. There is also an outside toilet. The gardens are a real feature of this property with extensive lawns and 2 garden pools.
